I managed to download the book without problems although it took me a little while to find it afterwards – computers and I do not always come to an understanding about these things! The book is just what I was looking for. You have obviously spent time researching and experimenting which allows you to provide well-rounded and insightful information; it also explains in an easy to understand way all that one needs to know to integrate the yogic diet into one’s day-to-day food plan. I was able download the ebook OK and have read it. I enjoyed it very much and look forward to trying it out from this morning. I’ve tried many diets including Veganism and Macrobiotics in an attempt to find a “correct” way of eating but found them too absolute. The Yoga Diet incorporates a lot of what I already knew but the greatest thing I learned was that there is no “wagon” to fall off and in fact, food is part our journey. Many thanks. Daniel F.

Excellent in content and clarity. If you were to update the book I would suggest maybe more emphasis on a vegetarian/vegan diet or possibly content on learning how to gradually progress to a vegetarian/vegan diet. I suggest that because after I did the yoga diet as outlined in the book a vegan diet (which I now do) was a natural progression. Hope this will be of assistance to you. Milagros A.
